Na jaki okres zawiera się współpracę?

Zależy nam na budowaniu współpracy długoterminowej. Jeżeli chodzi o umowy dotyczące opieki informatycznej zalecany minimalny okres współpracy to 12 miesięcy. W przypadku projektów i dedykowanych wdrożeń czas pracy wynosi od 1 do 3 miesięcy.

What is the start of the collaboration? Do we have a protocol onthe confidentiality of data?

Cooperation begins with an interview, on the basis of which we get to know your company. Then we define your goals and IT problems that you are struggling with. According to individual assessment, we recommend the best and economical solutions, implement and adapt them to the needs of your business. Cooperation with us will allow you to forget about problems related to the IT department, we will take care of everything ourselves.

First, we sign an NDA (Non-Disclosure Agreement) with our clients, which includes provisions guaranteeing the confidentiality of the information provided. You don’t have to worry about the security of your company’s information.

For what period will the cooperation be concluded?

We are committed to building long-term cooperation. For IT support contracts, the recommended minimum period of cooperation is 12 months. In the case of projects and dedicated implementations, the working time is from 1 to 3 months.

Can you rely on support after the implementation of the IT service?

We will not leave you alone with the implemented solutions. Throughout the period of cooperation, you can count on our advice and assistance. The cooperation is based on the SLA agreement, which very precisely defines the scope of our support.
